While we carefully select our suppliers, Prime Vault does not manufacture these products and therefore cannot guarantee every aspect of the manufacturing quality.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.
4. Order Confirmation
Orders may be confirmed via phone call, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
5. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without prior notice.
6. Delivery Time
Since most products are sourced from suppliers located outside the customer’s city, delivery may take approximately 7 to 10 business days, depending on location and courier service.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Customers are required to provide accurate contact details to ensure successful delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Prime Vault acts as a retailer connecting customers with suppliers. While we strive to provide the best service possible, we cannot be held fully responsible for manufacturing defects or supplier-related issues beyond our control.
