Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Since many of our products are sourced through dropshipping suppliers, Prime Vault will review the issue with the supplier before approving any replacement or refund.
Supplier Responsibility
As many products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, Prime Vault may not be fully responsible for manufacturing defects. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving the issue with the supplier.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be considered only if:
- The item is damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The issue is reported within 48 hours
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Items reported after 48 hours
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the process may take several business days depending on supplier verification and payment method.
